Some features described in this documentation may be available only to certain levels of the software.  While we endeavor to note these limitations and level requirements in this documentation, the ultimate indication of the limitation will be manifested by the actual functionality of your version of the program for that feature.  If a feature is not available to you, you will either see it "grayed" out on a program menu, dialog or screen view, or it may be absent altogether, e.g., a table "tab" or field column may not be visible or accessible to you as described in the documentation.  If a feature has been inadvertently made available or activated for a lower level of the program which was intended to only be available at a higher level, Captools Company reserves the right to remove the availability or functionality at the lower level.

Some features of Captools/net software, such as its ability to download quote and financial data and to import data from other data sources is dependent upon the providers of that data continuing to provide that data.  It is also dependent upon those providers providing the data in the expected format.  Changes in data format or interruption or termination of data services by a third party data provider may result in interruption or termination of the flow of such data into your installation of Captools/net.  Captools Company will endeavor to make adjustments for data format changes as quickly as our resources and capabilities permit us, but we cannot guarantee a specific time line for such.  In cases where a data provider terminates a service or changes terms of service affecting Captools/net licensees, Captools Company will endeavor to locate and implement substitute services, however we cannot guarantee a specific time line for such, or assure that such substitute service will be as complete as, or at an equivalent cost to the end user as the original service.
