An "NTdll" error may occur (rare) when a user is trying to edit a report.  The NTdll is a part of the Microsoft Windows operating system and is used indirectly by many programs.  Such an error could occur if the NT dll file were itself damaged, but a more likely cause is that your IE browser is damaged or is executing some code related to browser "add-ons" that you've installed, which conflict with the Captools/net report editing displays.  Try disabling these browser add-ons and see whether this resolves the issue.  Captools/net browser functions can be also done using the Firefox browser, so that would be a backup solutions.
